Great location, just a few blocks away from the park, nice, clean, didn't have a/c nor a fan, beautiful place, many flowers, dogs allowed, they even have one named bruno.
This hotel was different! Nicely decorated but small rooms. Pretty courtyard.. but the service was lacking. A motel feel... but cute.

Beautiful gardens on the property. The place is extremely clean and well kept. The location is central to the city center and easy to walk around. I did have some difficulties finding the location due to all the one way streets. The best part was the extremely friendly staff who treated myself and my dog with care and kindness. I would recommend anyone staying in Comitán to stay at this hotel. Also, try the restaurant on the property.
We spent one night in Comitán and chose Casa de Delina as a base before visiting the Montebello Lakes the next day. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Comitán, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and observe local daily life. The property has a beautiful garden and a pleasant, well-thought-out design. A few practical notes: There is no air conditioning or heater Internet is intermittent We stayed in Room #8 There is on-site parking, which is convenient if you have a car Overall, it’s a good place to sleep for one night, especially if you’re using Comitán as a transit base. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is calm and authentic. A solid choice for travelers who value location and character over modern hotel amenities.
What a great hotel. Our room was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. Despite being just off the square, it was very quiet, and the courtyard is lovely. The staff were super nice and so helpful with good suggestions on getting around and finding tours in the area. Casa Delina is a great value and will be my first choice for our next stay in Comitan. The off street parking is a great bonus if you rented a car.
